No-Charge 30-Day Trial License For Allegiant Marionet¬ Trial Version

ATTENTION: LOADING THIS SOFTWARE INTO A COMPUTER'S MEMORY INDICATES YOUR
ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.
TRIAL VERSION LICENSE: Allegiant Technologies, Inc. ("Allegiant") grants you a no-charge trial license to use the "Marionet¬ Trial Version" ("Software") solely for evaluation purposes for a period of 30 days. 30 days after the first launch of this Software, the Software will notify you that the evaluation period is over. You may give trial copies of the Software to others to permit them to use the Software under the same restrictions as are in this Agreement, provided that you give them a copy of this agreement and that you do not charge a fee for doing so. You must purchase a retail copy of Marionet (which includes a full-use license) if you wish to use the Software for any commercial purpose.
COPYRIGHT: The Software is the proprietary product of Allegiant and is protected by copyright law. You acquire only the right to use the Software and do not acquire any rights of ownership. You agree not to remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from the Software. You agree not to cause or permit the reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of the Software. You agree not to cause or permit circumvention or disablement of the 30 day notification feature.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: ALLEGIANT IS PROVIDING THIS LICENSE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ALLEGIANT DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ALLEGIANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR DATA USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, EVEN IF ALLEGIANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
EXPORT: You agree to comply fully with all laws and regulations to assure that neither the Software, nor any direct product thereof, is exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of law.
RESTRICTED RIGHTS: If the Software is used by a U.S. Government Agency of the Department of Defense, then the use is with Restricted Rights and the following legend is applicable: "Restricted Rights Legend Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as currently set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of DFARS 252-227-7013, Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software (October 1988). If the Software is used by a U.S. Government Agency not within the Department of Defense, then the use is with "Restricted Rights" as defined in FAR 52.227-14, Rights in Data - General, including Alternate III (June 1987)."
